Boots & BBQ Bash

Our annual fundraiser is quickly approaching. There are many ways you can be involved. Please join us in the preparations and choose how you would like to be involved. Below is a list of ways you can participate.

Table Host is responsible to fill their table with guests - 8 per table. Table host will facilitate conversation at the table. Make sure each person receives a contact form and a donation card. Will collect cards and donations and place in envelope on the table. Table Host will receive recognition for being a table host, the centerpiece from the table, and a ticket for a special door prize raffle exclusively for table hosts. 

There are different Levels of sponsorship for the event:

Platinum Sponsor: $5,000 Commitment 

Gold Sponsor: $3,000 Commitment

Silver Sponsor: $2,000 Commitment

Bronze Sponsor: $1,000 Commitment

Table Sponsor:$300 Commitment

Join our planning team to plan the event. Team meets via zoom for most meetings to discuss menu, decorations, guest list, obtaining silent auction items. Team meets in person to decorate for the event, decides on volunteers needed for the event, and plans for clean up after the event.

We are looking for a variety of items for our silent auction. From vacations, gift cards, experiences, to tickets to events. Our goal is to raise $5,000 with our silent auction and we need an assortment of items to make this happen. Contact Julie to donate.
